F2501_01: Table View Report
The first release of 2025 includes a new report variant for the hierarchy overview in BAYOOSOFT Themis. From now on, this tabular report is available for documents in which tasks can be generated and arranged in a linear hierarchy (e.g. risk analysis). This gives you the opportunity, for example, to output an analysis tree in a tabular DIN A3 overview. The information is displayed in columns according to the predefined parent/child logic. The columns and their contents can be individually configured according to your requirements. This clear and structured presentation of information improves the clarity and thus the readability and understanding of the data.
F2501_02: Optimized Approval Workflow
Now, BAYOOSOFT Themis automatically records which users are involved in the various steps of a task's approval process, including editing, review and release. Whenever the status of a task changes, this process is recorded in the approval documentation with the name of the responsible person, date and time. The implementation of this process is also documented in the corresponding report. It is also possible to confirm the documentation of the process by hand. Automatic recording in the approval process reduces errors and increases the accuracy of the data. It saves time by eliminating manual entries and enables real-time documentation, which improves transparency and traceability. Overall, this leads to a more efficient and productive way of working.

E2501_01: Improved navigation
To improve usability when editing multiple documents, the navigation menu has been optimized. Now, the current page in the navigation menu is highlighted in color, which makes it much easier to navigate between multiple documents. In addition, groups can now be expanded.
E2501_02: File Name Optimization in Full-Zip Report
Previously, it was not possible to get information about task contents based on file names. Instead of just IDs, now the file names also contain a clear description of the relevant task type. This change allows you to search for specific tasks without having to open all files.
