F2502_01: New report version
With the second release 2025, an additional report variant was introduced in BAYOOSOFT Themis. In addition to the previous option of creating a separate PDF for each task of a document (task separated), it is now possible to optionally create an overall report that bundles all tasks of a document into a single PDF (bundled). This new variant provides a better overview, simplifies administration by reducing the number of files and improves the traceability of content. The desired report variant can be selected before generation.
F2502_02: Report overview page
Now, BAYOOSOFT Themis has a separate overview page for reports. Similar to the “Overview” page, complete documentation or documents can be displayed in versions.
On this page, reports can be created for all documents of a project - either bundled or task-based. The “Tabular report” variant can also be generated there.
After selecting a project, the new report overview can be easily accessed via the page navigation.
F2502_03: Additional report components
With the latest release, the reporting function in BAYOOSOFT Themis has been expanded: Now, Reports can be given an individual cover page, which is supplemented with customer-specific information and document details. It is also possible to integrate a client logo, which is automatically displayed on the cover page as well as in the header of all pages of the report. This enables a consistent, professionally branded presentation of the documentation. Another new feature is a report page with information about the approval process of the document.
📐 Enhancements
E2502_01: Faster and error-free work in the analysis tree
The handling of the analysis tree has been noticeably improved: with the new plus button, a child element can be added directly from a selected element. The tedious manual moving of incorrectly placed elements is no longer necessary, which means that hierarchies can be set up much more quickly and intuitively. This reduces errors, saves time and makes structured modeling much easier.
E2502_02: File Optimized navigation and labels
To improve user-friendliness, labels and icons in the navigation menu have been updated in the current release. The adjustments ensure a clearer structure, more consistent naming and more intuitive navigation within BAYOOSOFT Themis. The revised menu items and icons make orientation easier and improve user guidance overall.
